Alpine Resorts Victoria (ARV) is a government agency responsible for managing Victoria's six alpine resorts including Falls Creek, Mt. Hotham, Mount Buller, Mount Stirling, Mount Baw Baw and Lake Mountain. The agency was established under the Alpine Resorts (Management) Act 1997 and its primary role is to oversee the development and management of the resorts. ARV is responsible for a range of activities, including managing accommodation, maintaining infrastructure and ensuring visitor safety.
